Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all products and services provided by Sigmify LLC, including the Vadeo SaaS platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payments and Billing

All subscription and usage fees are billed through Stripe. We do not accept cash, peer-to-peer transfers, crypto assets, or any other alternative payment instruments. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard, and our refund practices follow the policies described in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the platform to create, upload, or distribute content that involves:

• Adult or sexually explicit materials
• Gambling services, betting tips, or lottery-style promotions
• Weapons, explosives, or instructions for the procurement or use of weapons
• Money transmission, escrow, custodial, or remittance services
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct under applicable regulations

We also prohibit any activity that interferes with the security or stability of our systems, including attempts to circumvent safeguards, abuse of credits, or harassment of other users.

User-Generated Content Moderation

User-generated content is subject to review. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report activity to the appropriate authorities when we determine that this AUP has been violated. Repeat or egregious violations may result in permanent account closure without refund.
