Subscription Refunds

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a subscription refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase
  • Usage Limit: You must have used 200 credits or fewer
  • Processing Fees: Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

How to Request a Subscription Refund

  1. Contact our support team with your refund request
  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days

Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase. Credits expire 365 days after purchase and should be used within this timeframe.

Subscription Plan Changes

Downgrading from Annual to Monthly

If you wish to change from an annual subscription to a monthly plan:

  • One month's subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
  • The change will take effect immediately

Upgrading Plans

When upgrading your subscription:

  • The price difference will be prorated
  • You'll be charged for the remainder of your current billing period
  • Credits and features of the new plan become available immediately

Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Credit purchases (all credit packages)
  • Past subscription time (time already used)
  • Processing fees (transaction and payment processing fees)
  • Subscriptions beyond the 3-day window
  • Subscriptions where more than 200 credits have been used

Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact support immediately. We may offer extended refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Account Termination

Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
